(1) How do I join?
Answer...You can go to the Homepage and scroll down to the Lower Navigation Tabs and click on "Sign Up". Go ahead and enter your personal information and click on "Submit". You will be taken to a verification screen where you will need to enter a letter/number code displayed on the screen. You enter the code and wait for your confirmation email. When you get your confirmation email, either enter the number given into the screen that was provided after the letter/number code. Click "enter" and the registration is complete.
(2) Why can't I message members or participate in the site functions? Answer...You need to pay for an upgrade to your membership.
(3) How do I upgrade my membership? Answer...You go to the action that you want to attempt that will require an upgrade. You click On the word "Upgrade" in the sentence that tells you that you must upgrade your membership to perform that function. You then choose the subscription that best fits the amount of time or budget for you. Proceed to check out.
(4) What are Credits? Answer...Credits are another way to to send messages that requires upgraded status to perform them.
(5) Why does the upgrade page not take me to the credit card input page when I click on a subscription upgrade? Answer...You may have checked the box to the left of the subscription desired which is only to be used if you are converting your credits already purchased to a membership subscription. Please make sure that the box to the left is not checked if you want to buy a membership subscription and do not have enough credits.
(6) How do I buy credits? Answer...You can buy Credits on the same page that you pay for a subscription.
(7) How do I use Credits? Answer...Try to perform a message and it will allow it to happen and at the lower right of that screen, it will disclose how many credits you are being charged against your Credits that you have in your account.
(8) What if I don't have a credit card to pay online? Answer...You can pay with an ECheck if you have a checking account. Go into the payment process and your choice will be using a credit card or echeck for your payment.You may also make a payment to Paypal.com which will then be acknowledged and your membership will be maunually upgraded by our staff once we recieve the Paypal.com verification email. Make payments to email account business@sexiestfilipinas.com(Special note: This can only be for suscription purchases and for the exact suscription price noted on the payment page. Even though it may not take very long, please allow up to 24 hours for membership to be upgraded).
(9) How do I check my messages?
Answer...To look at your messages, please go to your membership panel to the left of the screen once you have logged in. Click on "Communicator" and that will go to the page that will have a sub panel to the left with options such as "incoming mail", "outgoing Mail" ect. This will be where you can check your messages and even send messages.
(10) How do I Private message or chat with a member?
Answer...You need to pull up the member's profile that you want to message. You can instant message them if they are online and logged in to the website. You click the Icon below the members photo in their profile that resembles a comic page comment balloon. Then you open the "Private Messenge" window that is at the top of each page. The person that you are trying to message's name will be at the top of the Message window. You can then type in your comments to them. The person that you are trying to message must have their Private message window open to be able to see that you have sent them a message.
You can also chat with someone in the Chat room which is "Flash Chat" and is also easy to use this Flash Chat room! There is a "Chat" button at the top of each page and also on your membership profile page in the selections at the left of the page. There is also a Chat button at the bottom left of the Homepage.
(11) How do I message a member?
Answer You can pull up the member's profile and click on the Icon that resembles a paper and pen that is located below the box with the member's photo. You will see a selection of icons. choose the one that looks like the paper with a pen sticking up from it. You can also go to your "communicator" page to the left of your profile page and to the left of the page are some selections where you will see "send message". Click there and enter the members name and proceed to type message.
(12) What is the required disclosure form that the US Government requires for a successful visa to the USA?
AnswerYou can print out the page and use it for your legal US Background Disclosure form to use when applying for a US Visa. (13) Why don't I have access to searching or other areas of the site after I have registered(or made changes to my profile)?
Answer You may have joined and not had immediate access beacuse we have to approve your membership profile when you join or if you make any changes to email address, photos or personal description. This is a common occurance in dating websites. Your profile will reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Most often it may only take a few hours.
(14)How do I get access to private photos?
Answer You can only get access to private photos by requesting the password for viewing the photo from the member with the private photo. You click on the request when the photo is denied for you to view. You must be logged in for the member to know who has requested the password.
(15)I just joined and I want to upgrade. It says I am not an active member and to contact Administrator but that page is unavailable so as of now. I CAN DO NOTHING! How do I get to this admin guy?
Answer You need don't need to do anything. The admin needs to approve your profile because you are new or you have made changes to your profile in areas that need approved. It will be done within 12 hours or less.
(16)Why does my profile need to be approved before it is put as active?
Answer There are dishonest people out in this world that choose to use websites as ways to promote their scams as well as others with pornography. Contact information is not allowed on your public profile. We must protect our website from such people.
